Hey everyone! After more than 11 years in delivery service leadership with Accell, I figured now’s as good a time as any for a quick reintroduction—especially for those I haven’t had the chance to work with directly.
I’m Elijah, and if my name doesn’t ring a bell, chances are you’ve heard my voice over the phone. I started with Accell back in 2014, and over the years, I’ve worn a few different hats—all with the same goal in mind: helping our local, Minnesota company grow and evolve.
These days, I’m proud to serve in a leadership role as our Director of Operations. My focus is on delivery service excellence and putting our customers first in everything we do. Whether it’s fine-tuning our processes, ensuring customer needs are met, or tackling the daily puzzle of routing the fleet of drivers, I genuinely enjoy the challenge and take a lot of pride in delivering great service. Of course, none of this would be possible without our incredible drivers and dispatch team—I’m lucky to work with such a dedicated group.
Outside of work, my wonderful wife has been by my side through every step of this journey, and I’m extremely grateful to her. We’ve got two amazing kids who keep us plenty busy with their sports and extracurriculars. As cliché as it might sound, they really are my reason for working so hard.
When we’re not running from one activity to the next, you can usually find me relaxing at home. Right now, I’m loving cheering on the Wolves during the playoffs! And as for football season… let’s just say I’m a purple Kool-Aid–drinking, diehard Vikings fan through and through. Skol!
