Collin here. As a quick refresher for you, I am the Dispatch Manager at Accell Courier and have been with the business for almost nine years! It has been and continues to be a pleasure working in a company that is part of the local business community in so many ways.
As a recent first time homeowner, I find myself reflecting on work and life as I complete maintenance and projects around my house. Mowing the lawn with efficiency, making sure everything is watered on time – even doing some actual geometry to figure some of the more custom items out! Most recently I finished building my first garden. It isn’t pretty, but it is a start – absolutely functional and I hope, built to thrive. It has always been our goal to help you do the same.
As I tend my garden, I am reminded of the importance of caring for your network, digging in to get the job done. It goes much further than making sure lunch is on time. What REALLY drives us at Accell? Being a part of the local business eco-system and doing our part, so we can watch our community thrive. Setting a plan for success both immediately and down the road. That also takes mutual trust and reliability over time. A partnership that is earned, not taken or bought.
Another lesson I’ve learned both in the garden and in the courier industry is the importance of adaptation. At Accell, it is our goal to adapt to your needs – much like a garden might need less sun or a lime treatment, it takes attention, effort and action to provide the best customer service there is to offer. This is both a big picture and real time goal, every time we deliver for you. If each of your customers is a seed, it is Accell’s duty to ensure your garden is healthy and bountiful. We strive to provide the best service there is at Accell, and look forward to hearing how we can help you grow, as your local delivery experts.
All my best,
Collin Gibbs
